A strong company that is traded on the New York Stock Exchange as WDC, Western has been around since 1971. That's when It made its name change from General Digital to the present. You can hardly go through computer hardware searches without running into the Western Digital name and products these days. The Western Digital product has long been associated with quality, it is also steady in the well priced versions of its product line.

Southern California's Del Mar Racetrack has been somewhat forgotten by the general public in recent years, overshadowed by East Coast venues like Churchill Downs and Belmont Park.
